How your Skills help you progress through the Tower.

Once you start your journey in Cryptopolis, it's time to create your Character, and you can set your starting skillset. In our Tower, your Character Skills matter!

While your starting Skill attribution might help you in certain areas of the game, there are tons of ways to upgrade your Skills later in the game. Before we tell you why your Skills are important, let's dive into the Skills first:

• Fitness: How much can you lift? A handy skill to train if you want to open pickle jars or show your six-pack when nobody is asking.

• Charisma: Ever tried talking your way out of an awkward situation? Or maybe you want to talk your way into the Token nightclub on Highroller night? Sharpening your Charisma skills might help you out with this.

• Handiness: Being able to fix certain broken machines is a Skill that is slowly disappearing from our society. But not here! Fix broken objects, work at your workbench and see your Handiness Skill go up by the hour.

• Logic: Ever tried beating that man in the Library at chess? Impossible if you don't possess the Logic to do so. Solve puzzles, play Chess, read books, and who knows, we might see the next Einstein running around the Tower!

• Art: Creating stunning works of art is a Skill that is highly appreciated in our society. Maybe you are a virtuoso on the piano, or you can write novels like there is no tomorrow? The Tower is your playground; go wild!

• Homemaking: Do you have the Skill to make a mean lasagna? Or maybe you can bake the best Pizzas in the Tower? Keep your palace clean, tummy filled, and work on your Homemaking Skill!

Build the best skillset you can in the Tower and achieve greatness!

Why are my Skills important?

Everything in the Tower is locked behind a skill gate. Certain mini-games will only be playable if you possess the Skill needed to play them. Want to play chess? Better make sure you hit that Logic Skill requirement first. Want to participate in the monthly 8-ball pool tournament with grand prizes? Only players with level 20 Handiness or above are eligible to play. To keep your Character happy for longer periods of time, it's important to keep working on your Skills. A Character with a higher Homemaking Skill will prepare food that will keep your Character satisfied for longer periods of time.

Higher rarity skill-driven NFT items can train your Skills up to higher levels than lower rarity ones. So there is more than enough reason to try and get your hands on the best Room Items you can once you hit the Skill ceiling with your current ones.

Some Clothing NFTs are required to use certain skill-driven NFTs. For example, wearing a tracksuit or sneakers is needed to level up your Fitness Skill, while wearing a Tuxedo in the Token Night Club might help you gain Charisma at a higher rate. Some public spaces that contain certain ways to gain Skills might only be open if you were certain Clothing items, so keep your eyes open for the latest fashion.
